Going on this recommendation, we invited him and 3 others to be interviewed for the job. Blake was hands down the best candidate for the job! He came fully prepared with a binder of info that he shared with us. Then during the process of the sale, when we had a call scheduled for 9am, the phone would ring at exactly 9am. Text messages were also quickly addressed. He promptly answered all of our many questions, while never making us feel like we were putting him out. Then there's the intangible thing, and that is Blake's laid back, optimistic vibe. Which is to say we really clicked the Blake. We would highly recommend Blake to others!
